With this update you will no longer have to activate Deposit ReplaceClients using our BOX API will be able to add Deposit Replacement Insurance to a tenancy directly from their CRM system. This update makes it faster to offer your deposit replacement scheme to tenants and automate the documentation being sent to the landlord when where the tenant chooses to use your deposit replacement scheme over a traditional cash deposit.

This feature will enable you to administer tenancy renewals within the BOX platform when they reach the end of the current term. It will include reminders to ensure you have plenty of time to prepare and, if the tenancy is renewed, will enable you to issue updated tenancy agreements to your tenants and landlords in less than 2 minutes.

Once referencing is complete your tenancies will move to Step 3 – Tenancy Acceptance (if applicable). It’s important that this step is completed promptly to ensure your tenants have access to everything they need to prepare for their let. To help you keep on top of this process you will now receive additional reminders to let you know when a tenancy is ready and waiting for you to confirm if you are proceeding.

Currently you can only link a Property PassportTM to a tenancy where the applicant is creating one for the first time to apply for that tenancy. In the next release, you’ll also be able to search for and add any existing Property PassportsTM that have already been shared with your branch to link them to the tenancy.
