To ensure we’re providing clients with the best possible value, we will be introducing a new lower premium for rents between £2,001 and £3,000 per month. You will now be able to protect these higher-value tenancies for £275 annually or £22.92 per month, saving over 20%! The new premium will apply to new properties and from the start of your next protection period for any property already insured. Any tenancies with a monthly rent of £3,001+ will continue to be legible for cover at £350 annually or £29.17 per month.

Currently, to notify us when you’d like a property to benefit from our Void service you have to submit the details via our webform. In the next release, you’ll now be able to notify us directly within BOX. Just go to ‘Utility Management’ via the left menu and add a move out.

Once a tenancy reaches Step 8 in BOX, it should almost be time for the tenants to move in. To make it even quicker and easier to automate your utility notifications, you’ll now be able to submit your move-in meter readings via the Step 8 tab on your Tenancy Dashboard.

Where an applicant had been invited to create a Property PassportTM previously and were subsequently cancelled, they couldn’t then create a Property PassportTM if invited again. In the next release this will be resolved so all applicants can now create a Property PassportTM.
