Tenancy documents mandatory at Step 5 and create tenancy

Providing the option for branches to make some or all of the tenancy documents mandatory to be sent either prior to referencing and/or with the tenancy agreement at Step 5. This includes the standard documents (such as deposit scheme leaflets or Tenant flyers) and tenancy-specific documents (such as EPC, EICR and Gas Safety Certificates) to provide peace of mind that important documents are never forgotten.
