Claims settled quickly
If you need to make a claim, specialist solicitors will try to reach a payment agreement with your tenants first. Over 50% of claims are successfully resolved via mediation, but if that process should fail payment for your lost rent will be made to you on average within 5 days.
Working with your tenants
Specialist solicitors will work with your tenants to find a reasonable solution to repay any arrears before referring cases to court. This process ensures tenants are given a fair chance to settle their debt. If an agreement cannot be reached, we can evidence that mediation was attempted and failed, which will be required for an eviction to be granted by the courts.
