Expired Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks

14.08.2024

We have implemented a new feature to manage the expiration of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process.

Once an applicant begins the KYC journey, the link provided to complete the process will now be valid for 72 hours (3 days).

If the applicant does not complete the KYC check within the 72-hour window, the check will display an “Expired” status in the left-hand menu.

When an applicant next signs in, they will receive a notification informing them that their KYC link has expired and advising them to contact their letting agent for further assistance.

Should you wish to invite the applicant to complete the KYC check again, you can click the ‘Replicate’ button. This will generate a new form pre-filled with the applicant’s previous information, making it quicker to complete. A new record for the check will then appear in the left-hand menu.
