This ensures that you can choose how much or how little you want to manage directly. This update aims to provide you with more control and flexibility over your notification management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

2. Utility Notifications Include:

• Notifying the local council of tenancy changes.
• Informing the water provider of tenancy changes.
• Notifying the current energy supplier of tenancy changes.

3. Delegation of Notification Responsibilities |

As always, you can continue to delegate all notification responsibilities to us. Alternatively, you can now keep control of the 3 listed above but still outsource energy and media switching to us, ensuring that your tenants receive the best broadband and energy deals, and have their media services set up before their move-in date.

IMPORTANT | If notifications are turned off, our team will not handle any of the above-listed notifications. Additionally, it’s important to note that we can only configure notifications 1-3 collectively, and are unable to toggle individual notifications on or off.
