You confirm that you have read the Insurance Product Information Document (IPID), Customer Terms of Business and Policy Booklet.

When applying for or updating your insurance policy, we will ask you questions to assess the risk. You must answer all questions honestly and in reasonable detail in order for us to offer insurance cover designed to meet your requirements. If you do not answer the questions honestly or in full, this could invalidate your policy and result in a claim being declined. You must advise us immediately of any changes in your circumstances.

You understand that if your tenancy benefits from Deposit Replacement Insurance, you are only required to purchase liability cover but you are able to buy contents insurance if you require it.

You confirm that the purchase of this policy to insure your own contents and possessions is not a requirement of the landlord or their letting agent and you are satisfied that you have arranged cover for the appropriate values.
