About The Lettings Hub
The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
Job Description
- Accounts Payable – processing and recording invoice into the accounting system, processing fortnightly payment runs and monthly supplier recs.
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Credit Control.
- Processing unpaid Direct Debits and adjustments.
- Processing and paying monthly expenses.
- Liaise with Suppliers, Customers and Internal departments regarding queries.
Knowledge & Experience
We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, undertaking research and using data to make marketing decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.
- Proven experience in events marketing
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
- Property / Lettings industry experience is a bonus
Essential Skills
- Accounting experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 – £30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
