About The Lettings Hub

The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.

About You

The Lettings Hub is seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new letting agent clients across a designated territory. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence by proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities. This home-based role requires frequent travel within your region, as well as occasional visits to the head office in Peterborough (1–2 days per month, plus a 5-day training period).

You’ll be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, prospecting new clients, and delivering tailored pitches to promote The Lettings Hub’s award-winning prop-tech platform, BOX. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, results-focused individual with proven field sales experience to join a fast-growing, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new letting agent clients, expanding The Lettings Hub’s market share.
  • Cover a specific region, managing your own schedule, travel, and client meetings.
  • Create and maintain an extensive sales pipeline, setting and achieving acquisition targets.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the benefits of the BOX platform and associated services.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure efficient planning and time management to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
