The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
Job Description
This role requires focus and high activity, emphasising the identification and resolution of challenges contributing to policy cancellations across various insurance products, including Tenant Home Insurance, Landlord Rent and Legal Protection, and Landlord Buildings and Contents Insurance. Responsibilities involve developing strategies to reduce cancellations, analysing retention metrics and trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
Operating in a structured, performance-driven environment, the specialist will follow scripts and call guides to engage proactively with customers and retain their business. This role suits a persuasive, customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced settings.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong communication skills, effective negotiation, and confident decision-making abilities.
- First-rate customer service skills and IT proficiency.
- Results-oriented with a self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting tight timescales.
- Calm under pressure and open to learning new skills.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven Finance Director to take ownership of a critical role within a progressive and ambitious organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year with Bonus Scheme in place
Expected hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
