About The Lettings Hub

The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.

Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our products, collaborate with talented teams, and make a significant impact on our customers’ experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements
• Create and maintain product documentation such as user stories, product specifications, and release plans
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and customer feedback
• Monitor product performance and conduct data analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience in the software industry is preferred
