We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
Job Description
The Lettings Hub is seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to join its Peterborough-based finance team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial accuracy and efficiency of an award-winning prop-tech company within the lettings industry.
As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of data, performing reconciliations, and ensuring all financial processes are compliant, robust, and accurately reported. You will collaborate with the operational, sales, and support teams to meet deadlines and provide accurate financial insights for monthly board reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented finance professional with intermediate Excel skills to join a growing company offering a flexible working pattern.
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment.Experience handling large volumes of financial data and performing reconciliations. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or reconciliation role is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £12,500.00-£13,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
