The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.

Job Description

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional service? Are you looking for a role where your efforts are recognised? We are currently recruiting for a Referencing Support Chaser to play a crucial role in expediting the tenant referencing process.

Reporting to the Referencing Director, the Referencing Support Chaser will be responsible for ensuring prospective tenants can move into their new homes quickly and smoothly. With full training provided, you’ll work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up on reference requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with colleagues to streamline and improve the referencing process.
  • Provide regular updates to letting agents and prospective tenants.
  • Assist in achieving seamless move-ins by resolving any referencing delays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00 per year

If targets are met there is a monthly performance bonus payable for this role.

Expected hours: 40 Hours per week
