This feature will see the current Applicant Details Page redesigned to make it clearer for you to see exactly what is outstanding on a reference. You’ll also be able to see when it was last chased and quickly take common actions like adjusting rent shares, adding guarantors and upgrading reports to make managing references easier. Details of detrimental data will also be more accessible so you can make decisions quickly before we’ve even completed your final report.

In this exciting new feature tenants will be able to set up and pay their tenancy funds via the BOX platform. This includes holding deposits, advance tenancy funds (tenancy deposits or deposit scheme charges and advance rent) as well as ongoing rent payments throughout the tenancy.

For clients who have used another pre-tenancy platform before, this release will enable you to upload all of your existing tenancies to BOX in one easy step. You can then manage the renewal of those tenancies, change of occupiers or re-referencing that may be required.
