Renters’ Rights Bill, What’s Next?

The Renters’ Rights Bill has now had its first reading in The House of Commons, the replacement of the Renters’ (Reform) Bill promises to give “greater rights and protections to people renting their homes, including ending no fault evictions, and reforming grounds for possession”.
We have revised 10 of the proposed changes and explore what this could look like going into 2025. We also take a look at how this has effected timescales and where we are now sitting.
