Over the last 18 months, we haven’t just been updating BOX – we’ve been getting everything ready so our customers are set for the Renters’ Rights Act.
We’ve added:
- Pet Damage cover to our Tenants’ Home Insurance,
- Launched Professional Guarantor to make the removal of rent in advance easier,
- Rent and Legal Protection to keep up with the new rules,
- Rolled out our FREE PreQualify service in BOX,
…and of course, we’re still doing what we do best: providing thorough, reliable referencing – just like we’ve been doing for the last 13 years. All of this means you’ve got the tools you need to stay compliant and keep things running smoothly.
