Cancel Tenancy

If the tenancy is no longer proceeding, or you no longer wish to manage its administration via BOX, you can cancel the tenancy at any time by clicking the ‘Cancel Tenancy’ button within the ‘Tenancy Details’ section of the tenancy record.

Confirm you wish to proceed, and the tenancy will be moved from your dashboard to your archive area.

IMPORTANT

This action cannot be undone. Once a tenancy has been cancelled you will no longer be able to make any changes or progress the tenancy any further.

You can access the archive area via the left menu.
