Submit An Ask An Expert
You can submit an Ask An Expert ticket relating to an individual applicant from the ‘Applicants’ section of the tenancy record.
Prior to ‘Step 3 – Tenancy Acceptance’ being completed in BOX, within each applicant’s individual menu you can find ‘Ask An Expert’.
This will open the Ask An Expert window which will automatically link your ticket to the applicant. Just submit your message and our team’s response will appear in the ‘Ask An Expert’ area of the left menu as normal.
