Upgrade Referencing Reports

If the current report type is NOT an Elite report or a Certified Property PassportTM, you can upgrade to a more detailed report anytime within 30 days of the original final report being issued.

To upgrade, go to that applicant’s individual menu within the ‘Applicants’ section of the tenancy record and select to upgrade.

Choose the report type you wish to upgrade to and confirm the change to instantly begin the additional checks.
