View Emergency Contact Information
If you benefit from our Eviction service our use BOX to create your tenancy agreements, when completing Step 4 on BOX tenants will be asked to confirm their emergency contact details.
This must be someone who is not going to be living at the property that can be contacted in the event of an emergency or if an issue arises and the tenant cannot be contacted.
The details entered by the applicant can be found on the applicant’s referencing record which can be accessed via your dashboard. Locate the tenancy the tenant(s) belong to and click on the Step 1 or Step 2 tab for that tenancy.
Click on the applicant’s name and you’ll find the emergency contact information below the ‘About You’ section on the referencing application record.
