View Referencing Reports
Prior to ‘Step 3 – Tenancy Acceptance’ being completed in BOX, within each applicant’s individual menu you can find all reports generated for that applicant.
As soon as the application form has been submitted, any Know Your Customer checks that could be completed instantly will display the final reports here,
If the requested reference type is an Essential/Essential+ report or an Uncertified/Uncertified+ Property PassportTM the final report will also display here as soon as the application form has been submitted.
If the report type is Essential++/Elite or Uncertified++/Certified Property PassportTM an Interim report will be available here when the application form is submitted. This will confirm the results of the initial identity and credit history checks and an indication of the tenant or guarantor’s unverified affordability. When all income and/or rental history checks have been completed, the final report will also be added to this ‘Reports’ section.
You can still access all reports as normal at any time via the referencing application record.
