View Utilities Suppliers And Meter Reads
If you use our utilities service, when Step 3 is complete a new ‘Utilities’ section will display in the tenancy record. This will display details of the local council, water company, electricity and (if applicable) gas suppliers to the property.
When you submit the move in meter readings once the tenancy has reached Step 8, the details entered relating to the supplier’s name, meter readings and unique meter reference numbers (MPAN and MNPR) will display here.
When the tenancy comes to end, any changes to the providers and the move out meter readings you submit will also be displayed here, so you can always see the move in and move out readings that were submitted to suppliers.
