Locked Know Your Customer (KYC) Form Responses

We have introduced an update to enhance the security and integrity of the Know Your Customer (KYC) journey by locking down responses on partially completed forms.

If an applicant begins the KYC journey and then returns to the standalone form before completing it, their previously entered answers will now be locked. This ensures that the information remains unchanged once initially submitted.

Should the applicant need to make any changes after returning to the form, they will be required to contact their letting agent. A new link will then need to be sent to them to allow the updates to be made.

This update ensures that once an applicant has started the KYC process, their information remains secure and unaltered unless specifically requested and managed by the agent
