Eligibility Requirements

To apply for this cover online, you must be able to confirm that all the following statements are true:

• You permanently live in the UK.

• The property will not be left empty for more than 60 consecutive days.

• The property is used as your home and not for business purposes, other than office or administrative work carried out by you or anyone living with you.

• Neither you nor anyone living with you has ever had insurance cancelled or refused or been told that cover would only be available subject to additional conditions or restrictions.

• Neither you nor anyone living with you has any unspent criminal convictions or is currently facing criminal charges, other than motoring offences.

• Neither you nor anyone living with you has been declared bankrupt, entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), or had a County Court Judgment (CCJ) issued against them.

• You have a written tenancy agreement with your landlord.
