The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Trainer responsible for writing and delivering all training across the business.
Our customers are Letting Agents, Tenants, Landlords and Brokers all with different needs and demands from us. Our business trainer is responsible for staff induction, training on all product, system and process across a variety of areas of the business. Our staff are required to be highly skilled and working in a regulated industry, compliant against FCA regulations. We have market leading technology that our team are required to navigate through efficiently in order to deliver exceptional service to all customers.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, an effective planner and organiser, able to work to timescales and at pace and demonstrate excellent people leadership skills. They must understand the importance of the role they are undertaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training positively and passionately to ensure engagement and successful learning at the end of the training session
- Seek training gaps and needs across the business and implement solutions
- Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Create training programmes to cover all aspects of our business.
- Create facilitation guides for each training module.
- Prepare learning materials for programmes including proof of learning assessments.
- Delivering effective and timely feedback
- Evaluating the outcome of training sessions
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements
- Submitting timely reports to the management on progress

- Being in a fast paced environment doesn’t faze you, you take the rough with the smooth and are expert in finding quick, practical solutions to issues as they arise.
- You should have a minimum of 2 years in a training role or transferrable experience.
- You should have worked in a fast paced operational and sales environment and be familiar with the operational planning required to succeed
- Attention to detail, upholding the business standards in every task undertaken with care and diligence
- Being upfront, whilst we’re not expecting the role-holder to show an air of arrogance, what we need is someone who demonstrates an open and honest attitude.

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Expected hours: 40 Hours per Week
