This new feature will see your tenancies automatically skip to Step 4 – Tenant Preferences 7 days after all references are complete (or a timeframe agreed with your branch) if you have not completed Step 3. This will allow your tenants to purchase their tenants insurance online and book a time with us to discuss their utilities. This change will not apply where you are using our Deposit Replacement Insurance or Reposit or using BOX to create your tenancy agreements as there are too many important details you must confirm at Step 3 – Tenancy Acceptance, to ensure your tenancies are set up correctly.
