The Lettings Hub and Canopy Group is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bspoke, bringing its insurance solutions into a new home and creating a more flexible, modern and digitally focused insurance experience for letting agents and their customers.

The partnership is designed to deliver tangible benefits for customers of both The Lettings Hub and Canopy, with a shared focus on simplifying the insurance journey and creating a proposition that can continue to evolve with the needs of the market.

Customers will benefit from a simpler purchasing and renewal process, clearer policy documentation and greater visibility and oversight. Greater automation and digital integration will also help reduce unnecessary administration for letting agents and their clients.

The transition to Bspoke will take place in stages, with new business moving to the new platform first, followed by existing policies at renewal.
