About The Lettings Hub

The Lettings Hub are a prop-tech company who provide technology driven products and services to manage lettings. We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.

Job Description

  • Producing relevant and high-quality content aligned to Company brand guidelines and industry trends and topics.
  • Analysing data and trends to pull together content that leads market discussion.
  • Supporting the delivery of new website design and content, and implementing SEO strategies that produce effective business results.
  • Supporting virtual and in person event strategies that deliver results measured in leads generated, pipeline created, won accounts, and revenue. This could include conferences, exhibitions, seminars, roundtables, webinars and client events.
  • Managing content creation and distribution across social media channels.
  • Communicating with our team and partners to develop partner marketing campaigns ensuring we are in a position to track and measure the performance.
  • Updating Salesforce and internal systems with leads and activities to ensure marketing activity can be measured and the sales team can work effectively from the leads generated.
  • Identifying and promoting The Lettings Hub to industry awards.

Knowledge & Experience

We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, undertaking research and using data to make marketing decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

  • Proven experience in events marketing
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
  • Property / Lettings industry experience is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00 – £26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
