This Friday marked the date for our first Quarterly Awards of 2023. It’s a new year, but an old tradition. At The Lettings Hub, we’ve always taken a huge amount of pride in celebrating our staff’s amazing achievements! Therefore, every quarter we make a special event of our in-house awards. We spend a little bit of time recognising our top performers, talking business, and just having a nice time as a collective team on a Friday afternoon!
The Categories Are…
We’ve got lots of categories, which means lots of potential opportunities for staff to win a coveted Lettings Hub trophy. Some of the most competitive categories this quarter are;
The person we feel has delivered a top performance and has exceeded in their role with noticeable achievements in the last quarter.
And our winner was… Mollie – Moving Mentor!
Mollie won this award because in the last 6 months she has consistently been a top performer. She works very hard every day to achieve great quality and productivity scores, and is one of the most dependable members of the business. She is always there for our customers, and she is a brilliant Moving Mentor!
Someone who spreads joy and positivity wherever they go, always cheerful and spreading their mood and happiness to others to create a happy working environment.
And our winner was… Phil – CTO!
Although he’s extremely busy, Phil is always happy and approachable! Phil has been our saviour on many occasions with his dedication to the job, and takes on every challenge with a smile.
The person who stays late to finish a case off, comes in early to get started on their day and who pushes to be the best they can be each and every day.
And our winner was… Nicole – Sales Administrator!
Nicole is an asset to the company, her hard work and dedication to her work whether it be for Sales or for Insurance Admin, she always puts 110% into it. She stays late to ensure work is completed, there’s even been times after a stressful day we’ve had to ban her from taking her laptop home. Nicole has taken on the UKTD migration like a champ. She has settled into the team & company so well and we would be lost without her and her infectious laugh!
Customer Service Champion
Someone who really embraces the customer and our mission of giving more than customers expect and doing it cheerfully.
And our winner was… Miriam – Moving Mentor!
Miriam has been a great addition to the team, she is happy when speaking to her callers and builds a great rapport, Miriam is always smiling and engaged with her team. She loves to challenge herself and if ever asked to do something her famous “say no more” comment usually follows and off she goes to get on with it.
The person who stands out for offering their ideas and solutions and who delivered on actions and objectives on time. A champion of the Hub and our Mission.
And our winner was… Debs – MI Analyst!
Debs won this one because she has transformed our business data and the information we have available to make decisions from. She makes MI look easy, her capacity for work delivery is huge. Debs is intelligent, focused and delivers every time.
The person who stands out as being passionate about the business and who influences others by being a role model.
And our winner was… Dan – Assistant Management Accountant!
Dan is always so cheerful and happy around the office. Always willing to assist the team with any queries and nothing is ever too big of a request.
Someone who has suggested an idea or improvement that has influenced our profitability positively or who generates top notch income
And our winner was… David – Insurance and Media Executive!
David has been working really hard recently to provide an excellent service to his customers. His excellent product knowledge has resulted in a positive impact on our business income. Well done David!
Individuals nominated by their peers as the person they believe deserves most to be recognised by the business for their contributions.
And our winner was… Abi – Moving Mentor!
Abi is usually one of the highest call takers within the tenant support team, but not only does she take a high volume of calls everyday, she also achieves the quality target consistently as she delivers brilliant customer service. It is often very hard to have the balance of both but Abi has managed it!
The people have spoken! This is the award that everyone gets to vote for, to identify the employee our teams feel always gives 110% to their role, makes those around them feel great and motivated, and combines all the best bits of being a fantastic colleague.
And our winner was… Kim – Business Development Executive!
In this quarter Kim has proven that her product knowledge is excellent. She’s embraced new processes and very much leads the way for the team here. Kim takes new starters under her wing, she is always thinking about others, and it shows!
The person who is recognised by our CEO as deserving of an overall award for their hard work, determination and contribution to the business.
And the award goes to… Nigel – Business Development Director!
His knowledge and commitment to his role at The Lettings Hub is top tier! Nigel’s support on anything is always there, his contribution to meetings is so beneficial. Many have said he is an asset to the company. The manner in which Nigel has taken on his new Key Account role is a role model of excellence for account management and customer service.
And that’s all the awards, but for this quarter we’ve also got something special up our sleeve…
Taskmaster!! For some fun, a little bit of office comradery and team building, we’ve organised a game for us all to play.
In teams, our Hubsters are going to take on a new Taskmaster challenge every week – competing in a battle of wits, strength, creativity and teamwork. The first challenge will be on the 10th of February. Watch this space!
