Last week the Government Renters’ Reform Bill proposals were announced in the white paper “A Fairer Private Rented Sector”, and by now the industry understands broadly what the proposed changes are. So, the questions we still need answers to are: what does it mean for letting agents and their landlords, and what can you do now to prepare?
