Last week the Government Renters’ Reform Bill proposals were announced in the white paper “A Fairer Private Rented Sector”, and by now the industry understands broadly what the proposed changes are. So, the questions we still need answers to are: what does it mean for letting agents and their landlords, and what can you do now to prepare? In this webinar we are joined by Carly Jermyn, Solicitor & Director from Woodstock Legal Services, and David Gibb, Operations Director at Tay Lettings, who will explain how agents can get to grips with & prepare for the proposed legislation.
