Released | 14.08.2024 System Release Notes | Expired Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks Release Overview: We have implemented a new feature to manage the expiration of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process. Key Features: 1. 72-Hour Link Validity | Once an applicant begins the KYC journey, the link provided to complete the process will now be valid for 72 hours (3 days). 2. Expired Status Notification | If the applicant does not complete the KYC check within the 72-hour window, the check will display an “Expired” status in the left-hand menu. 3. Applicant Notification of Expiry | When an applicant next signs in, they will receive a notification informing them that their KYC link has expired and advising them to contact their letting agent for further assistance. 4. Replicating Expired KYC Checks | Should you wish to invite the applicant to complete the KYC check again, you can click the ‘Replicate’ button. This will generate a new form pre-filled with the applicant’s previous information, making it quicker to complete. A new record for the check will then appear in the left-hand menu. Talk To Us Today!
